Come along and make your very own Zines!

What is a Zine? A Zine is short for “magazine” or “fanzine” and is a small self-published booklet on any topic you want. A Zine can include words, drawings, photographs, or be made up of collage. There are different folding techniques which you will learn on the day.

During this workshop you will create multiple Zines under the guidance of our very own librarian and zine expert who has been making and selling zines across Australia and New Zealand for over a decade. No prior zine experience required.

Notes & Requirements

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who remains in the library for the duration of the program. Please note that all Autumn School Holiday Program events open for bookings on 11 March at 10am. This is to ensure people without digital access have an opportunity to book. These events are in high demand, so if you are no longer able to attend, please cancel the ticket online or with library staff.
