Join ecologist, artist, expedition leader and naturalist Simon Mustoe at Sandringham Library to hear how his new book "How to the Survive the Next 100 Years: Lessons from Nature" unlocks the power of our relationship with animals and nature, and shares his perspective that there is hope and that we are already on our way to rebuilding a healthy, habitable planet.
Through incredible tales of the state of nature across the world Simon explores how the key to avoiding disaster is to work within the natural balance of our beautiful world and become healthier and happier by re-connecting with nature.
Simon has tumbled in boats amid frigid north Atlantic storms, trekked solo into Madagascar's remote dry forests, sailed the archipelagos of West Papua and as a teenager was helping to produce BBC nature documentaries. His previous book "Wildlife in the Balance" was declared “perhaps the most important book of our time” by conservationist Ian Redmond OBE and “important beyond compare, utterly engrossing, at once chilling and heartening” by Dame Joanna Lumley.
