Event Concluded

Event Description

It's both Law Week and National Road Safety Week and this author talk could not be more topical. Join us at Beaumaris library to hear Zac in conversation with Claire Halliday.

Zac and Jane Jones have co-authored a brutally honest story of how Zac’s choices took him on a journey from private school to addiction, followed by a major car accident and imprisonment, and how that served as the wakeup call he needed to change his life.

Today, Zac is an advocate for changing driving behaviours and empowering young people to make positive choices in their lives.

Written from the dual perspectives of mother and son, "Why the Fallen?" provides a unique insight into the experiences of young people in today's world and impact their choices have upon those that love them.

This special author talk is a must for teenagers and those raising them, but please be aware that the content of the book can be confronting - we highly recommend parents read the book before giving it to their teenagers to read.

Books will be available to purchase on the night.
