Event Description
Join us to celebrate the release of Amy Suiter Clarke's latest novel "Lay Your Body Down". Amy Suiter Clarke's stunning debut psychological thriller "Girl, 11" has been translated into twelve languages and published in fifteen territories around the world, and was described by the New York Times Book Review as "propulsive... an adroit exploration of the ethical quandries of true crime storytelling".
Amy's second novel, "Lay Your Body Down", due for release on 27 June, is, according to Dinuka McKenzie, a "gripping thriller... nuanced and compelling". Originally from a small town in Minnesota, Amy completed a BA in theater in the Twin Cities then earned an MFA in Creative Writing with Publishing at Kingston University in London. We are now fortunate to be able to call Amy a local author.
Amy will be in conversation with another local, Kerryn Mayne, whose debut novel "Lenny Marks Gets Away With Murder" has been a smash hit and one of Bayside's most popular author events ever! Come along for a discussion that is bound to be as thrilling as their books.
